BW900 marks the entry of Sennheiser Communications into the segment of wireless office headsets.

The solution in brief – BW900 uses an own developed Bluetooth compliant technology platform to create a unique solution: a wireless office headset which offers BOTH long range wireless access to your office phone AND connectivity to Bluetooth enabled devices such as Mobile phones, PDAs or even laptops. Further BW900 incorporates Adaptive Intelligence™ for optimal communications in challenging listening situations.

Product concept – The system consists of a base station and a headset .The base station connects to the telephone in effect replacing the existing handset. When the wireless headset is connected to the base station you can roam around the office up to 100 meters away from the office phone.
When the headset is connected to a mobile phone you move up to 10 meters away from the mobile phone (limited by mobile phone). The base station also works as a charge station for the headset and for an additional (optional) battery.
