| Sennheiser plays part in boardroom of energy friendly building |
| Sennheiser Benelux has played a significant part in the realisation of the high tech, highly innovative board room of Eandis. By the implementation of more than 50 MZTX 31 PTT table stands, MZH 3040 goosenecks and ME 36 mics, Sennheiser makes sure that no energy is lost due to bad sound. |
As Eandis – a well known Belgian company that is involved in the distribution of energy and earth gas - launched their new baseline to emphasise their commitment to their customers, they also took the new boardroom into practise. The boardroom was not only designed by the most innovative and prestigious specifications, but has to promote – of course - the new baseline as well.
So, with excellent communications as an essential part in the new boardroom, the choice for Sennheiser was easily made. The audio in the boardroom is handled by means of a central touchpad. All microphones are therefore connected to the central loudspeaker unit on the ceiling of the boardroom. Every two seats share a tft-screen into which a laptop computer can be plugged in.
Play AV, the company responsible for the complete project is very enthusiastic about the whole project and Sennheiser’s part in it. “We choose Sennheiser because of the quality and the reliability of the products. Moreover we have a very close relationship with them, as we have been working together for years.” says Lieven Verzele, Play Production manager pro sales. “We specifically choose for the ME 36 short shotgun miniature microphone head as the members of the board are seated close to each other and we had to make sure that the mic would only pick up the sound of the person speaking”
