Terms & Conditions
- This programme is only valid for products bought in Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg.
- A refund is only possible if the products are registered on-line within one month (30 days) of purchase.
- Invalid or incomplete registrations will not be eligible for a refund. The rebate / refund form is only complete if a copy of the proof of purchase is sent in along with a fully completed registration form.
- The proof of purchase must clearly state the date of purchase, price and product description, as well as the details of the retailer or one of the Sennheiser Benelux office’s.
- This programme is only applicable for the following products: Sennheiser EM 3732-II, SKM 5200-II, SK 5212-II and the 2000 series. Accessories are not included.
- This programme only applies to available channels at frequencies below 790 MHz for microphones and receiver use. All systems above 790 MHz are excluded.
- A refund will only be granted if the owner can prove, beyond reasonable doubt, that, within the bandwidth of his product, it is not technically possible to use the microphones and / or the in-ears according to the following rules:
- Permanent Installations : your frequency as indicated at the time of registration prevails. If that frequency is completely unusable, yoursystem is eligible for a refund.
- Rental or mobile installations: If your Sennheiser RF equipment can’t work properly due to lack of bandwidth possibilities in more than two provinces, you are eligible for a certificate.
- This programme is applicable for Sennheiser products purchased starting from 1 May 2010 to 31 December 2010.
- This programme cannot be combined with special deals or sales promotions.
- Sennheiser Benelux is not responsible for late,incorrect, incomplete, illegible or postage due rebate claims or claims that are not properly submitted for any reason. Proof of postage does not constitute proof of receipt.
- Personal details that are provided by the participant may be used by Sennheiser Benelux for future communication.
- Documents will not be returned to sender. Participants need to keep copies of all documents submitted to Sennheiser Benelux.
- Sennheiser Benelux reserves the right to request additional information from rebate claimants in order to confirm compliance with the terms and conditions of this rebate offer.
- Sennheiser can decide to refuse an application following a product examination.
- Sennheiser Benelux reserves the right to reject any claim without prior notice if the products for which a rebate is claimed proves to be counterfeit and/or if products show any signs of abuse and/or defects.
- Sennheiser Benelux reserves the right to amend the RF Secure Programme terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
