General Description
The HDA 200 is a pair of closed dynamic ear protector headphones designed for use with audiometers.

- Design approved by the PTB (German organisation for type approvals, a national standards organisation similar to the British Standards Institute or the American National Bureau of Standards) The HDA 200 complies with IEC 60645-1
- Audiometric reference data for HDA 200 is included in two ISO standards:
- - ISO 389-5: Acoustics - Reference zero for the calibration of audiometric equipment-Part 5: Reference equivalent threshold sound pressure levels for pure tones in the frequency range 8 kHz to 16 kHz (ISO/TR 389-5:1998)
- - ISO 389-8: Acoustics - Reference zero for the calibration of audiometric equipment - Part 8: Reference equivalent threshold sound pressure levels for pure tones and circumaural earphones (ISO 389-8:2004); German version EN ISO 389-8:2004
